Why are P.E.T.S. fees
higher than my day time vet's?
After hours fees are more expensive as it costs more to pay people to work
unsociable hours.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, cheque (with guarantee card), credit card and debit card.
P.E.T.S. does not run accounts, and we expect payment at the time of service.
Our whole pricing structure is geared to the vast majority of clients settling
immediately as this helps to keep costs down. If you really cannot pay at the
time, please note that a deposit will be required and special arrangements made
with the accounts staff during normal working hours.
Please ask for an estimate
To avoid unpleasant surprises, please make sure that you are given an estimate
of costs by the veterinary surgeon before treatment commences. Often there are
several ways of approaching a case, and the vet will be glad to discuss various
treatment options with you.
