Jim has been working for P.E.T.S. since September 2001 and is our longest serving member of the P.E.T.S. team.

Jim qualified in 1988 and over the years has developed a particular interest in emergency centre work and feline medicine.

In his spare time Jim enjoys photography and cooking.

Neil joined P.E.T.S. in August 2003 after training and working in Newnham Court and has maintained what is becoming a tradition of nurses moving from Newnham Court to P.E.T.S.

Heidi, our most experienced P.E.T.S. nurse joined in July 2002 after doing regular locum work at weekends. Heidi was previously employed as a nurse by Newnham Court and completed her training under their supervision.

Irene has worked for Newnham Court for over 20 years. She is the senior accounts administrator and handles accounts for both Newnham Court and P.E.T.S. Her list of duties is long and varied!

If you have any account queries regarding P.E.T.S. then Irene is the lady that you need to speak to.

As P.E.T.S. work "out of hours" a daytime contact is required to deal with any day-to-day activities. Maralyn has worked for Newnham Court and P.E.T.S. for two years and her role on P.E.T.S. is two-fold, first to provide a support to the vets and nurses which includes organising their rotas and training and secondly to provide liaison and point-of-contact for the subscribing veterinary practices.
